What is PARRA+? 

PARRA+ is a content platform launched by the Parramatta Eels in February 2025 that provides Eels Members and paid subscribers with access to exclusive content from the inner sanctum of the Club – from behind-the-scenes videos, to updates from coaching staff to competitions and giveaways. 

Why did the Club create PARRA+? 

At the Eels, we value our Members and want to give them even greater connection to the Club they so loyally support. We created PARRA+ to provide Members with year-round access to content that brings them closer to the players and Club that they have made an ongoing commitment to support. 

Is PARRA+ free for Eels Members? 

Yes, access to PARRA+ is included for free with all Parramatta Eels Memberships.

Can I access PARRA+ if I’m not an Eels Member? 

Yes, non-members can access PARRA+ by signing up for a monthly or yearly subscription. A monthly subscription for non-members is $5/month, or you can save 17% by signing up for a yearly subscription at $50/year. Click here to sign up to PARRA+ now. 

I’m an existing Eels Member. How do I access PARRA+? 

All existing Eels Members have already been set up with a PARRA+ account.

To sign in to PARRA+, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click here or on the ‘Sign In’ link in the menu on the PARRA+ homepage. 
  2. Enter the email address linked to your Eels Membership. 
  3. An email will immediately be sent to you from PARRA+. Click on the link in the email, and you’re in! 
  4. You will stay logged into PARRA+ on your device until you choose to log out (via Account > Sign Out), or until you close your browsing session. 

With PARRA+, there’s no password or username to remember – whenever you want to access the platform again, just follow the above steps. 

I just bought an Eels Membership / renewed my Eels Membership. How do I access PARRA+? 

New members and members who have just renewed their membership for 2025 will be set up with access to PARRA+ within 5 working days, after which they will be able to access the platform by following the above instructions for existing Members. 

What devices can I access PARRA+ on? 

PARRA+ is accessible via mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer at parraplus.com.au

How often will I find new content on PARRA+? 

New videos, articles, photos and more will be shared on PARRA+ multiple times a week, all year round. Members and PARRA+ Subscribers will receive a weekly newsletter via email with highlighting all the latest & best content that has been posted on PARRA+.
